Cleaners did not receive mask, use handkerchief while cleaning streets in Delhi

ABP News caught some cleaners on Delhi streets, who were sweeping roads. They were using handkerchief while doing their work.
When asked, they said that not all of them have received masks from government. They also complained chest pain.
