CID announces Param Bir Singh Fugitive; begins process to attach his properties

As per the latest received updates, the CID has announced Former Police Commissioner of Police, Param Bir Singh a fugitive. A letter has also been written to the Home Ministry requesting to issue a red corner notice against Param Bir Singh. The process of attaching his properties have also begun.
