Chandigarh Mayor Elections | Why is AAP & Cong shifting its Councillors?

A major breakthrough has been reported from Punjab. Here ahead of the Mayor Elections in Chandigarh, Aam Aadmi Party and the Congress party have started shifting its Councillors fearing poaching. Congress' councillors are being shifted to Jaipur while AAP is shifting its Councillors to Delhi.
