BJP and Shiv Sena responsible for political unstability:Nirupam

Congress leader Sanjay Nirupam while talking to ABP said that Congress party has no moral responsibility in Mahrashtra govt formation. According to him BJP and Shiv Sena are responsible for the political unstability as they had the majority but did not formed the government and by doing so they have insulted the people's mandate. He concluded that Congress decision of not joining Shiv Sena is completely right.
