Bipin Rawat Helicopter Crash: Was bad weather the reason for the helicopter crash?

The Mi-17V5 is considered one of the “safest” and “most modern” military transport helicopters. Most likely the reason for the crash is the foggy weather at the Nilgiri hills which reduced the visibility due to which the helicopter crashed and CDS General Bipin Rawat, his wife Madhulika Rawat and 11 others died in the accident.
