BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra had attacked on Bihar CM Nitish Kumar in a press conference saying that Bihar has been very disorganized during Nitish Kumar's rule in the state and after the rate of crime in the area increased rapidly after Nitish Kumar and Tejaswi Yadav joined hands for making a government.
