In Bihar, JDU Chief Lalan Singh aka Rajiv Ranjan Singh has been tested Covid positive. 

Cases of coronavirus are emerging at all levels across Bihar, including the administration and medical facilities, as well as the public programmes of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
