Bars open in Delhi from today

In the bars seats are reserved for social distancing. Under Unlock-4, permission has been given to open bars in Delhi from today. However, the bar opening time has been fixed from 12 noon to 10 pm and the rule of 50% seating capacity will also be applicable.
