Ballia teacher fails to answer simple Maths question

Ballia DM made a surprise visit to government schools and tested teachers for their knowledge and found that they were unable to answer simple questions, instead a student answered the question. DM asked a simple question of Mathematics and English from a teacher teaching in a class of a primary school. Here is the video of the same.
