The Election Commission of India will be announcing the schedule for Assembly elections to Goa, Punjab, Manipur, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh at 3.30 PM today. The UP elections can be held in 7 to 8 phases, whereas in Uttarakhand the election procedure will take place in 2 phases. Punjab Elections to take place in 2 to 3 phases.
