Assam Elections: On which issues will BJP contest?

In view of the elections in Assam, the BJP leaders are constantly visiting. A few days ago, Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave land allocation certificates to more than one lakh landless native people in Assam. A few days later, he handed over several projects, including two major hospitals, to Assam. Assembly elections are to be held in five states including Assam and West Bengal in April-May this year.
