The DSP of Bihar police has confirmed the news that Anand Mohan has been roaming outside the jail, where he stayed in the government guest house of Khagaria district. And later after staying the night there, he even went to RJD's office in Khagaria. He has been roaming outside the jail after being taken out using health reasons as an excuse.
