Kedarnath temperature falls to -3 degrees post season's first snowfall

Hilly areas including Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh received snowfall. After season's first snowfall, all places are engulfed in white sheet of snow. In Kedarnath the temperature has dipped to -3 degrees.
