Kalyan Singh violates code of conduct, EC may file complaint

Kalyan Singh had said, "All of us are Bharatiya Janata Party workers. And we should wish that BJP should win. We should wish that PM Modi should remain as the Prime Minister for next five years too as it is necessary for the nation."
Election Commission has found this as the violation of code of conduct and EC may go to President to file a complaint against him
