Impeachment Motion rejected: It is astounding: Prashant Bhushan

Prashant Bhushan said that it was astounding how Vice President had the call to reject such a serious motion signed by 64 MPs of Rajya Sabha. VP only has to see whether it is signed by requisite number of people and whether charges on the face of it amount to charges of misbehaviour or not. He added that Vice President had no business to go into the merits of the charges
