Goenka highlighted the historic success of launching India’s fastest-growing snacks brand, emphasizing that business success depends more on innovation and strategy than heritage or community background. Regarding the young Indian consumer, Goenka noted that India's vast cultural and regional diversity makes consumer preferences unique. He explained that tastes and habits can change every 100 kilometers, with young consumers under 35 years of age driving the market. Unlike previous generations that prioritized savings, today's youth crave instant gratification and aspire to a lifestyle of immediate rewards. This shift in consumer behavior significantly impacts decisions in the food and snacks industry.
