I challenge PM Modi to discuss on corruption: Rahul Gandhi

Rahul Gandhi spoke to media after filing his nomination from Amethi. He challenged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to debate on Corruption. He added that PM Modi should come and talk for just 15 minutes. "Rafale mamle mein khulamkhula bhrashtrachaar hua hai," Rahul Gandhi said.
