Gadkari calls Mehbooba Mufti's article 370 comment improper

Nitin Gadkari was asked what kinds of works he did for Nagpur. He revealed how Nagpur residents were getting a 24-hour water supply, how the filthy water is recycled and reused. Apart from this, he commented on Mehbooba Mufti's article 370 comment. He called it improper.
