Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah: Is Jethabhai's father begging?

Jethabhai's father Champak Chacha was asking for help and suddenly a man came to give him money as he thought he was begging. But actually he was not begging. He was asking for help as he was unable to see. Earlier, Jetha broke Champak's glasses and since then he was not able to see things clearly. He was hence asking for help
