ALTBalaji buys stake in Celebrity Engagement platform Tring

ALTBalaji is an Indian subscription based video on demand platform which is a wholly owned by Ekta Kapoor. ALTBalaji is the Group's foray into the digital entertainment sphere to create original OTT content. 

The OTT platform has acquired 17 per cent shares in celebrity engagement platform Tring.
