Former minister of Bihar, Kartik Singh, is at large. He has been missing since his plea for anticipatory bail was rejected by the court on September 1. The police are trying to find him but there has been no clue until now.
Kartik Singh has been accused of Kumar Singh Raju's kidnapping.
