Cong's new scam exposed 'Tughlaq road chunav ghotala': PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was addressing a Jan Sabha in Gujarat's Junagarh. He attacked the Indian National Congress and added that another scam had been added to their list and it was called Tughlaq road chunav ghotala. He said that Congress has been looting the money being sent for pregnant women. He added that the scam has all the proofs as well.
