Congress leader Raj Babbar calls PM Modi a 'fool'

Congress leader Raj Babbar has yet again attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He has called PM a fool during a political rally in Uttar Pradesh's Robertsganj. He also said that Narendra Modi government has failed on all fronts.
