Congress is not focused on defeating BJP but regional parties: Sanjay Singh

Sanjay Singh confirmed that Aam Aadmi Party was not in talks with Indian National Congress for coalition in Delhi. He added that Congress is focussed on winning against regional parties and they are not contesting against BJP which has become threat to constitution. This is why there has been no coalition. He assured that there were no on-going talks with the party
