Budget 2019: NCP leader Majeed Memon predicts 'please all budget'

ABP News talked to NCP leader and Rajya Sabha member Majeed Memon on the upcoming interim budget 2019. Memon said that the budget will be a please all budget as the election is near. 
Keeping up with the established tradition, Finance Minister Piyush Goyal on Friday will present Narendra Modi government's sixth and final Budget, which will be an interim one.The Budget will seek Parliament's nod for spending for four months till a new government is sworn-in.
