ABP News carried out a sting operation 'Operation CM ke Naak Ke Neeche' where  personal secretaries of UP ministers taking bribe are caught taking bribe inside secretariat.
This has exposed a major loop hole in the system. 
Personal secretaries of UP ministers get caught in bribery sting inside secretariat. This exposes the corruption inside Uttar Pradesh secretariat.
