Why was the Vikas Dubey Encounter necessary? l ABP Uncut

Vikas Dubey Encounter Update: Dubey who was the main accused of the deaths of 8 policemen in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh was killed in an encounter today.  He was rushed to Hallet Hospitals, Kanpur, soon after the encounter. According to the officials at the Hospital, Dubey was hit by four bullets- three around his chest, and one on his hand. Dr. RB Kamal, principal of GSVM Medical College, said that he was dead by the time he reached the hospital.
