The Maharashtra government has given permission to open the religious places from today. The state's main opposition party, BJP, was surrounding the Thackeray government over this issue. Mumbai's famous Shree Siddhivinayak Temple, Mumbadevi Temple, Mahalakshmi Temple and Shirdi's Sai Baba Temple whose doors were closed to devotees for the past seven months, but have now opened.
