Who instigated Chandbagh mob against Delhi cops? | Seedha Sawal

A viral video has surfaced that shows a mob of thousands in Chandbagh area of Delhi cornering a handful of cops from either side of a road. 

The mob then attacks the cops and pelts stones at them. In this attack, DCP Amit Sharma and ACP Anuj Kumar were seriously injured while Head Constable Ratan Lal was lynched. The question is, who instigated the mob at Chandbagh against cops? Watch this report to know more.
