Fresh death warrant a delaying tactic: Nirbhaya's mother | Seedha Sawal

Dissatisfied over the extension of execution of convicts, Nirbhaya's mother Asha Devi today said that the issuance of fresh death warrant is nothing but a delay tactic by convicts' counsel.

Additional Sessions Judge Satish Kumar Arora on Friday issued fresh death warrants against the four convicts in the case after being informed by Tihar Jail authorities that the mercy plea of convict Mukesh has been dismissed by the President.
