Gangster Vikas Dubey was in Kanpur for two days after murdering eight Uttar Pradesh policemen who had gone to arrest him. After this, he headed towards Faridabad and stayed there as well. On Wednesday, he managed to dodge police officials and escaped for the second time.

Meanwhile, the UP Police, on Wednesday, arrested suspended Chaubeypur Station Officer Vinay Tiwari who had allegedly helped gangster Vikas Dubey. Sub-Inspector K.K. Sharma has also been arrested.
