Man strangulates pedestrians for loot, caught on CCTV | Sansani

Recently a group of miscreants has surfaced in New Delhi which strangulates people and rob them off their belongings. A CCTV footage captured a man strangulating pedestrians on the streets of Delhi thereby looting them.
