India-China Issue: What is the '5-point formula' for peace?

There was a two and a half hour parley on Thursday between External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar and State Councilor and Foreign Minister of China Wang Yi in Moscow on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) meeting.
India underlined its strong concern at the amassing of Chinese troops with arms and equipment along the LAC.
