FM Sitharaman introduces fund with Rs 10 thousand crore for incomplete flat projects

A new fund scheme has been started by Modi government for those flat owners whose earnings are struck in the half constructed and undelivered flats. Modi governmment has started Alternative Investment Fund scheme for the incomplete projects and RS 10 thousand CRis the starting amount for the fund. With the help of this fund 1600 incomplete projects will be completed. According to government with the help of SBI and LIC the fund will reach upto RS 25 thousand CR. Only those incomplete projects will get the fund those are registered with RERA.
