Why is justice delayed in UP? | Master Stroke (24.07.2020)

The killing of journalist Vikram Joshi, Amethi's Safia who tried to set herself ablaze, the martyrdom of 8 policemen in Kanpur and now Sanjeet's kidnapping and murder, all these cases took place in Uttar Pradesh even when help from police was sought.

This is why sincerity is in question and the victims are asking that why justice is being delayed in Uttar Pradesh?
