Gangster Vikas Dubey was in Kanpur even after 2 days since he killed 8 policemen. This revelation has come from Dubey's close aide. According to him, Dubey was hiding in Faridabad. 

Meanwhile, the UP Police, on Wednesday, arrested suspended Chaubeypur Station Officer Vinay Tiwari who had allegedly helped gangster Vikas Dubey. Sub-Inspector K.K. Sharma has also been arrested.
