World Health Organisation (WHO) has declared the fatal Coronavirus as an epidemic. This is why leaders in the world are opting for a Namaste instead of a handshake. On the other hand, Delhi has taken some precautionary steps like shutting down of the theatres till March 31, closing down schools and universities till March 31 too.
