Stating that lockdown measures and social distancing must go hand in hand, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that it is essential to strategise for the emergent conditions once lockdown ends. The three-week lockdown announced by the Prime Minister ends on April 14 but he has hinted on extending the lockdown. PM Modi chaired a meeting of Council of Ministers on Monday, amid the Coronavirus crisis in the country.
