Hyderabad Case: Convicts should be punished in public? | Bharat Ki Baat

Cutting across party lines, the MPs in Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha, on Monday, condemned the Hyderabad incident in unison and demanded strict laws that punish the guilty in crimes against women within a fixed time-frame.
While many Parliamentarians demanded that convicts of cases like the Hyderabad one should be brought in public and ''lynched'', others demanded that convicts should be hanged in public.
