Flood situation in Bihar exposes system's failure | Bharat Ki Baat (22.07.2020)

The flood situation in Bihar has worsened. Many villages of Sitamarhi are submerged in water. People are forced to walk through the heavy water-logging in order to reach spaces unaffected by the heavy rains.

ABP News camera witnessed how residents have to wade through chest-deep water in search of food, clean water and some help.
