Woman Helps Stray Dog Quench Thirst, Netizens Applaud Heartwarming Gesture

The dog firstly hesitates to drink due to the presence of the woman but after she moves away, it begins to drink water from the tap.

A video of a woman extending her compassion to a stray dog has captured the admiration of social media users.  In the clip shared on Instagram the woman is seen helping the dog drink water from a tap.

Shared by Give India, the clip opens to shows a dog trying to open a shut tap on the street to quench its thirst. In a few moments, a woman passing  by sees the dog struggling to drink water and opens the tap. The dog firstly hesitates to drink due to the presence of the woman but after she moves away, it gets closer to the tap and quenches its thirst.

"Kindness is a gift everyone can afford to give," read the caption of the video shared on Instagram. Since being posted, the clip has amassed over 16,000 likes and tons of comments.
