New Delhi: Spcial media is full of trending content that keeps users entertained and engaged — from bizarre challenges to weird food combos and culinary experiments.

The Internet was some time back obsessed with rolled ice creams made on an ice-cold metal surface. Taking this to a new level, an Indore vendor was recently seen serving ice-cream rolls with chillies and Nutella, with a video of him being shared widely.

There is now a new addition to that list. A Delhi eatery has gone viral after a vendor was seen making an ice cream roll out of masala dosa.

The video was posted on Instagram on January 15 by 'thegreatindianfoodie'. It has already garnered more than 16,000 likes.

The video shows the vendor crushing the masala dosa to bits and mixing it with vanilla cream. It is then blended and shaped into rolls. The plate of ice-cream rolls is then topped with the aloo masala and served along with coconut chutney.

The odd invention has sparked a debate, with comments on the video ranging from contempt to condemnation. "WHY," wrote one user. "Chatni ki b ice cream bna dete," commented another. "Dosa lovers gonna get heartache after seeing this," quipped another.
