A video showing a mother-daughter duo narrowly escaping charging rhinos during a visit to Kaziranga National Park of Assam went viral on social media. The incident captured on the phone began making rounds on the internet.

The viral video captures a rhinoceros walking inside the park, following a jeep. In the background, three jeeps filled with tourists prepare to make a right turn. As the first two jeeps accelerate, a young girl and her mother fall to the ground, crying out for help.

Moments later, another rhino is seen angrily stomping near the third jeep, prompting the driver to reverse and avoid further danger. The incident reportedly took place in the Bagori range of Kaziranga National Park.

As reported by the Hindustan Times, the video’s widespread circulation online has led Kaziranga National Park authorities to launch an investigation. They have also urged tourists to exercise increased caution during jeep safaris to ensure their safety in the park’s wild environment.
