A Chinese woman's video in which she expresses shock to see "too many Indians" in Canada has gone viral on social media. In the video, the woman said people who were unaware of her location might think she was in India. The video is recorded from a place where several people have gathered to take their driving license test in Canada. She called the situation "terrible".

"This is terrible. I am surrounded by Indians in Canada. I will take a video for you to see. I am at this driving license test place," she said in the video. The post has received mixed reactions from users and many people pointed out that she herself was an immigrant.

"I said this 10 years ago, Canada will be Indianised by 2050. Well on pace if not even ahead of that," a person said. Another wrote, "Canada's identity has been evolving for centuries, with waves of immigrants from all over the world. Whether it was Europeans, Asians, or others, that diversity is what makes Canada what it is today."

"This is so ironic though because there are way more Chinese here," wrote another user. "A foreigner of shocked by the amount of foreigners," said a user.

Recently, an Indian man in Canada claimed that work experience from India is mostly overlooked by employers there. "Ever since I moved here, I've been reducing my experience on my resume because recruiters aren’t counting my work in India. It just doesn’t make any sense," the man said.

Canada has announced that it will further reduce the number of study permits it will grant to foreign students and tighten its foreign worker rules. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau recently said, "We are granting 35% fewer international student permits this year. And next year, that number's going down by another 10%. Immigration is an advantage for our economy - but when bad actors abuse the system and take advantage of students, we crack down."
