A 32-year-old man died on Wednesday after experiencing a severe headache while working out at a gym in Uttar Pradesh’s Varanasi. The man identified as Deepak Gupta was a fitness enthusiast, who had been a consistent member of the gym for ten years and actively participated in several fitness events.
CCTV footage captured in the gym showed him sitting in the gym moments before falling to the ground. As soon as he fell, people rushed to assist him, helping him sit up and providing water. He was seen shaking as others massaged his back and head.
Following the incident, he was rushed to a nearby hospital where the doctors pronounced him dead upon arrival. The exact cause of his death is yet to be ascertained.

An X user uploaded the CCTV footage on his account which garnered people's reactions. One of the netizens wrote, "This is Highly fearful."

Earlier in another similar incident, a young man lost his life during a workout session at a gym situated in Vrindavan Vihar, Ghaziabad. The victim, identified as Kapil, aged 26 and hailing from Saraswati Vihar, Khurda, suffered a sudden heart attack while engaged in exercise.
Kapil was promptly taken to a government hospital in Delhi for immediate medical intervention but was declared deceased upon arrival at the hospital.
