A Swiggy delivery executive recently surprised the internet after a video of him walking past Bollywood actor Taapsee Pannu went viral. The clip, which has since garnered significant attention, shows the delivery agent remaining unfazed and professional as he walked by the actress without acknowledging her presence.
The incident occurred as Pannu was heading towards her car. The 22-second footage captured the Swiggy representative entering a building to deliver an order. Outside the gate, the paparazzi asked him to move out of the frame to photograph the celebrity. The delivery agent, appearing momentarily confused, looked at the photographers before proceeding inside. Simultaneously, Pannu exited the building, looking down intently and not making eye contact with the delivery agent. When asked to stop and pose by photographers, Pannu responded, "Kyun, party de rahe ho mujhe? (Why, are you guys throwing me a party?)"
The video was shared on social media platform X by Divya Gandotra Tandon, who wrote, "Hey @Swiggy, this delivery partner deserves an incentive for his dedication!!"

Many users praised the delivery agent for his commitment to his job.
Swiggy responded to the viral video with a post on X, saying, "Unbothered. Moisturized. Happy, In My Lane. Focused. Flourishing."
The video drew various actions from X users. One commented, "Some heroes do wear cap," while another said, "@Swiggy plz give him a good incentive for doing his job without distraction and he did with fully dedication".
Another user added, "Camera men need to be taught how to treat everyone with basic minimum dignity. And kudos to this focussed swiggy boy".
Criticism was also directed at the paparazzi, with one person stating, "w shameless these paparazzi, photographers are, insulting a poor delivery boy who is working day in and day out to make the ends meet."
Another person humorously added, "Ignore your problems in life like this Swiggy delivery guy ignores media shouting and Taapsee Pannu".
Taapsee Pannu recently married Danish badminton player Mathias Boe in a private ceremony in Udaipur. Unlike many Bollywood celebrities, Taapsee chose to keep her wedding low-key, not sharing any wedding pictures or videos on social media.
