Culinary experiments with unusual pairings such as ice cream with khichdi and Omelette With Dairy Milk have flooded the internet. Latest in the list of bizarre food combos is the simple, crispy pani puri. A street vendor in Ahmedabad has given it a twist by adding kadhi instead of the flavour-infused water.  Yes, you heard that right. The video of this bizarre food combo has gone viral after being posted on Instagram 

In the video shared by food blogger named Harshit, a street vendor can be seen with a large bowl of kadhi. First he takes the panu puri, fills it with chickpea, one of the main ingredient of the dish, and then dips it in kadhi and serves it to the people there.

"Actually 8 flavour’s available and this one is Rajwadi chaas," commented one user after seeing the video.

Recently, Surat-based food blogger Janak Bardoliya had shared a video of 'egg pani puri' which was prepared by using boiled eggs and adding tomato sauce, and cheese to it. It was not the usual pani puri but was prepared in that fashion and resembled the name.
