Nagaland Tourism and Higher Education Minister Temjen Imna Along, who is an avid social media user, has once gain captured the attention of his followers on the microblogging site X, formerly Twitter, by sharing his love for vada pav, a popular Indian street food snack.
In the video, the minister is seen making the street food from scratch. He first begins with preparing the ingredients for the vada. After it is done, he takes a tray of mashed potatoes, adds the cooked ingredients to it and mixes it well. He then makes prepares a flavourful batter and dips the vada balls into it, and ensures it is perfectly coated before frying.

Since being shared, the clip has amassed close to 36,000 views and is still counting.
