After his video in which he speaks of the benefits of having "small eyes" went viral, Temjen Imna Along has now grabbed attention of netizens with his latest Twitter post.

Temjen, who is also the Nagaland BJP president, recently shared a screenshot showing the Google search results that cropped up when his name is put in the search bar. Reacting to this, the Nagaland Minister of Higher Education & Tribal Affairs tweeted, "Ayalee, @Google search excites me. I am still looking for her!"

Since being tweeted, Along's post has received over 3,500 retweets and more than 36,700 likes on the micro-blogging site.

Netizens were all praise for his delightful sense of humour. Entrepreneur and Shark Tank India judge Anupam Mittal reacted to the post, saying, "Kuch karna padega @ShaadiDotCom." To this, Along replied, "Bhai filhal hum bindas hai.
Waiting for Salman Bhai."

"I just love this man. I have always been an admirer of North East People. They are just wonderful people with great sense of humour," a user wrote.

On Monday, another of his post on the occasion of World Population Day grabbed eyeballs. In the tweet, Along asked netizens to "join the singles movement" and asked them to make "informed choices on child bearing" or stay single like him.

"On the occasion of World Population Day, let us be sensible towards the issues of population growth and inculcate informed choices on child bearing. Or stay single like me and together we can contribute towards a sustainable future. Come join the singles movement today," Along tweeted.

Last week, a video of the Nagaland minister where he is seen speaking on "small eyes" of the people from the northeast had gone viral. Along said people from the northeast may have small eyes, but their "vision is sharp". He also said that because he had small eyes, he could sleep without letting anyone know when some long event was going on.

"Because I have small eyes, less dirt enters my eyes," the 41-year-old MLA from Alongtaki had said while addressing a public programme.
