Popular television series Money Heist came to life in Rajasthan’s Jaipur when an unidentified man wearing a mask showered notes on a road. Dressed in a red jumpsuit and a Salvador Dali mask, the man took at “real” Rs 20 notes from his backpack and started showering them as he stood on top of a car on a busy road in Jaipur. As he threw the notes, it led to a frenzy among people to collect as many notes as possible. 


The video of the incident, which as per reports is from a popular mall in Jaipur’s Malviya Nagar area, is being widely shared on social media. In the video, the man could be seen dressed up as a character from Netflix's popular series Money Heist with a red jumpsuit and Salvador Dali mask. 






The man’s act caught the attention of onlookers causing a traffic jam on the busy road while one of the persons in the background of the video could be heard saying that he was throwing “real” Rupees 20 notes. 


According to reports, the police took action against the man who was later arrested and a probe in connection with the incident is underway. 


Last year in February, a man was arrested from Hyderabad whose crimes were influenced from the hit Spanish series on Netflix.


Mastermind Gunjapogu Suresh was arrested by the police who had hired three accomplices Rohit, Induri Jagadeesh, and Kunal and cleverly collected phone numbers of college students and teenagers. 


He also gave a job to a young woman and started netting students and teenagers. He also bought a second-hand car for this purpose. When the intended victim arrived, the gang would abduct him and transport him to an undisclosed location.
